Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Budgetreel (the "Service") at alibapps.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Budgetreel is a web-based budgeting tool for planning production budgets. It is currently offered in a beta period. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality as the product develops.
2. Your account
You sign in using a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the budgets and data you create ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display Your Content back to you in order to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not sell it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the Service's security or infrastructure;
- abuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service; or
- resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.
5. Plans and beta access
During the beta, paid tiers (Normal and Pro) are unlocked for free. We reserve the right to introduce paid subscriptions in the future; we will give notice before charging, and you will be able to choose whether to continue on a paid plan.
6. Availability and backups
We take regular backups and work to keep the Service available, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Please keep your own copies of critical budgets (for example, via export).
7. Disclaimer
Budgetreel is a planning tool. The figures, totals, and currency conversions it produces are for estimation only and are not financial, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying any budget you rely on.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budgetreel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the Service or other users.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
